Since we coordinate two bird counts, our office is closed during Christmas:  December 14 through January 14.  Tours will be limited depending on selected
activities.  The office at Luquillo is open on a seasonal basis, please check if selected service is available off-season.

Let us customize your vacation experience in Puerto Rico.  Please fill all blanks on questionnaire and we will answer as soon as possible.  
If you have not received an answer in 48 hours, please email us again.
  1. Complete questionnaire.
  2. Your reservation will be placed on hold for 7 days upon receipt of your deposit or payment via regular mail.   If balance has not
    been received, we will open the date to another client.
  3. Deposits are non-refundable.
  4. Please read Terms and Conditions section.  
  5. No personal checks.  We will not accept payments sent with personal checks.  On mail deposits from the United States, we only
    accept USPO Money Orders.
  6. Print two copies of the confirmation voucher; one for your records, one for the Guide or Driver.
  7. Remember, there will be no refunds for no shows or unused tour portions.  If you are going to arrive late, please let us know by
    written within 24 hours.  We will confirm new pick-up time, otherwise, we will wait only 15 minutes on meeting point.
  8. Prices are subject to change without notice due to increase in gasoline/diesel cost.  Please verify prices before booking your trip.
