Do I need reservations to join a tour?

Reservations are always required to guarantee selected date on all our tours, private or public.
What is the difference between a private tour and a public one?

  • Private tours are customized as per our clients needs and special requirements.  A private tour could be offered with a minimum of one participant; the client selects the date, time, etc.

  • Public tours are offered as special events with specific dates open to anyone that wants to join the tour.  A minimum of participants is required to offer tours as special events.
Can I join a private tour?

Private tours are designed for those who ask for a customized activity.  We will do our best to find the best alternative for you on a different date or time.
Can I book a tour online?

At this moment, and as we mainly offer private tours, we don´t have an online booking engine.  We are evaluating different software so that our clients will be able to book online.
Do you sell your tours through Trip Advisor, AirBnB, or any other online platform?

The prices of the tours that you find at this website are net prices.  When you buy through an OTA you usually pay 20% to 30% over our sales price.  Any discount is given directly to our client--this has
been our policy since 1992.  Your investment stays 100% in Puerto Rico not abroad
.  If you want to understand why we keep control of our bookings on behalf of our clients, check this video.

Each section has a Inquiry Form that you will complete asking for an specific date/time or tour and we will answer within 24 hours and let you know if we are available.  Please remember that we customize our
service as per clients needs.

On last minute bookings, what will be the payment method?

There are several ways to pay, like ATH Móvil, POPMoney, People Pay, or cash on site if properly approved by us.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or PayPal.
Do you provide transportation?

On the description of each tour or event/activity we specify if transportation or pick-up / drop-off is included.  If transportation is not included, we will proceed to quote you; price will depend on your hotel
location.  The least expensive way will be for you to rent a car.  Please be advised that a new Law in Puerto Rico does not allow low cost companies using online platforms and offering transportation on private
vehicles to take clients to El Yunque National Forest and any other forest/reserve administered by local government.
