We started our business in Mayagüez, the
largest city on the western region. One of
our first iconic tours was La ruta del café,
a story telling tour of my mom, who grew
up in a coffee plantation in Anones, in the
small town of Las Marías.
As we expanded our wings covering the
nation-wide territory of Puerto Rico, we
were missing something. We needed a
coffee plantation and the countryside
experience in the eastern region.
Our wait is over! We can offer a coffee tour (modern facility) and visit to an ecological farm
where you will experience the authentic countryside. You will learn about the gold industry
in the nineteen century, where and why coffee was planted in the east. Was it successful?
Also, you will visit a new agricultural family-oriented project. At the end we will do a short
stop and sponsor a local bakery or colmadito.
