TOUR AVAILABILITY · INQUIRY · BOOKING A TOUR
STEP 1 REQUEST
  1. First step to request a tour will be completing the form on each section or sending us an email.
  2. Some programs require answering specific question regarding the activity you have selected (for example, birding).
STEP 2 AVAILABILITY - SOLO OR INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL
  1. Upon receipt of your request, we will verify if selected date(s) are available.
  2. If the date is available, we will notify you through email.  This email will explain deposit and payment alternative methods.
  3. You should contact us via email confirming your decision and method of  payment.  You should not send any payment through
    PayPal unless you receive our confirmation email.
  4. Tours are not confirmed until will receive deposit or full payment, depending selected program.
STEP 2 AVAILABILITY - PRIVATE GROUPS
  1. Always confirm if the tour package you selected is available during the dates you plan to visit Puerto Rico.
  2. The tour packages are offered on a private basis, but from time to time, we schedule birding, multi-sports, and cultural program.  In this
    occasions you will be able to join a group with limited capacity.
STEP 2 AVAILABILITY - TOUR PACKAGES
  1. Written notice is required for all cancellations.  Please read which cancellation policy applies to your reservation since it could vary
    depending on type of service.  This information is included in your Invoice.
  2. Please remember that all deposits are non-refundable, unless we are unable to offer the tour due to reasons out of control, such as
    hurricane, earthquake, or political issues in our territory.
  3. Refunds will not be made for unused portions of tour.
  4. No refunds for last minute cancellations or no show at tour or pick-up hotel/port.
  5. Applications for any refund must be made in writing to us within 5 days of tour termination.
  6. Always ask for cancellation policy for groups or tour packages.
  7. Refunds, if applicable, will be made directly through PayPal to your credit card.  
  8. If you paid by mail, you will receive the refund through regular mail.
STEP 3 CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Prices on this website or documents are subject to change without notice.  Please confirm price by written before booking a tour.
  2. Prices are effective on November 1 of each year.   We will keep our tour prices competitive, but there will be a surcharge due to
    fluctuation on gasoline or diesel costs.

  • AdvenTours is not responsible for the loss, damage, theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents or illness.
  • For your protection, it is important and strongly recommended that you have or purchase adequate insurance, including trip
    cancellation and interruption of trip through your authorized travel agent.

  1. Due to the nature of our tours and our company policy, smoking is not permitted under any circumstances during our meals,
    meetings or tours.  New regulations for smokers have been established by the Government.  
  2. Drivers and tour guides are not allowed to smoke at any moment.  If one of our guides or driver smoke during a tour, please email us.
STEP 6 INSURANCE
  1. Most of our services are offered on a private basis and require a minimum of participants to offer these programs, specially adventures
    and cultural tours.  
  2. Please contact our group department for quote as per your group´s needs and requirements.
  3. Upon quote approval, you will receive a contract with special instructions, such as deposit, tour reservations, meeting points, etc.
