- Written notice is required for all cancellations. Please read which cancellation policy applies to your reservation since it could vary
depending on type of service. This information is included in your Invoice.
- Please remember that all deposits are non-refundable, unless we are unable to offer the tour due to reasons out of control, such as
hurricane, earthquake, or political issues in our territory.
- Refunds will not be made for unused portions of tour.
- No refunds for last minute cancellations or no show at tour or pick-up hotel/port.
- Applications for any refund must be made in writing to us within 5 days of tour termination.
- Always ask for cancellation policy for groups or tour packages.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be made directly through PayPal to your credit card.
- If you paid by mail, you will receive the refund through regular mail.
