TESTIMONIAL
Hilda,
We have all agreed that the day we
spent with you was the most spectacular
thing we did on our trip and are very
happy we went. We hope you had a
nice time with us as well. I'll send you
electronic copies of the photos we took
that came out well. I'm having hip
replacement surgery in a few weeks
and look forward to doing more
strenuous activities within the next year,
so maybe we can come back and do
the longer tour you offer. Thanks so
much for sharing your knowledge and
love of the forest with us.

In 2001 a new tour concept at El
Yunque was born. We agreed with
Forest Service Supervisor, Pablo
Cruz, to design and offer something
different with ecological visitors on
mind; this is how the night hike
program started. This is why
AdvenTours, at this moment, is the
only company with special permits to
conduct night hikes.
While many people were requesting
the night hike, others were asking us
to combine on a private basis both
the daylight (ecotour) and night
hike. El Yunque Hybrid combines
both the experience of being in the
Forest when the big tour buses and
crowds are gone, with the orchestral
night sounds of the habitants of the
Forest.
Pamper yourself with this unique
experience that you will cherish for
the rest of your life. Join our
Naturalist Guide in this journey where
you will explore the Forest through
your senses.

description of El Yunque Ecotour
and Magical Nights at El Yunque.

The Hybrid does not include bird watching. If you are interested in bird watching at El Yunque, please visit this link.

EL YUNQUE NATIONAL FOREST with a private Certified Interpretive Tour Guide
|
Due to the number of people visiting El Yunque National Forest during the Holy Week/Weekend (Wednesday through Sunday, including Good Friday and Easter) and the month of July (we have four holidays, July 4, 17, 25, and 27), we DO NOT OFFER tours to El Yunque other than the Night Hike and/or Taíno Ceremony. Access to the Forest is limited and we cannot guarantee the quality on those days.
|
During the hike at Caimitillo Trail (Palo Colorado) we will see an inactive nest of the Puerto Rican Parrot.
