- Complete questionnaire.
- If you want to use regular mail, your reservation will be placed on hold for 7 days upon receipt of your deposit or payment. If
balance has not been received, we will open the date to another client.
- You can pay with credit cards through PayPal if payment is done 60 days before departure date due to their new refund policy.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you decide to pay with PAYPAL, please DO NOT SEND money until you receive our invoice since special agreements will be
included in the invoice. We will not accept money checks or payments send directly through PayPal without an invoice (28JAN10).
- Please read Terms and Conditions section.
- No personal checks. We will not guarantee payments send with personal checks. On mail deposits, we only accept money
orders.
- We will send an email with Balance Statement or Booking Voucher.
- Print two copies of the confirmation voucher; one for your records, one for the Guide or Driver.
- Remember, there will be no refunds for no shows or unused tour portions. If you are going to arrive late, please let us know by
written within 24 hours, otherwise, we will wait 15 minutes on meeting point.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to increase in gasoline/diesel cost. Please verify prices before booking your trip.
